Logistic department together with the Purchasing and Quality Control Departments are determined to provide appropriate raw materials of high quality for the production process.
We examine and analyze the raw and auxilliary materials upon their arrival and only those fulfilling the requirements and standards of Avebe of the Netherlands could be accepted considering that the technology applied by PT. Starch Solution Internasional is originated from the Avebe of the Netherlands.

Storage
Our logistic team works 7 x 24 hours a week in order to facilitate the smoothness of the arrival of raw materials, the smoothness of supply to the production process and the smoothness of delivery of finished goods to our customers.
Our warehouse is organized in such a way that it will make easy to identify the supply and subsequently could speed up the delivery process, both the delivery for production and the delivery for sale to customers.
We maintain and update the accuracy of our inventory data for 24 hours a day, so that it helps the smoothness of service provided by our Customer Service to customer.

Delivery
With sale composition of 60% for export and 40% for domestic requirement, we are ready to deliver our high quality products wherever the customer are.
Our export destinations are among others the Netherlands, China, Japan, India, Pakistan, Turkey, Malaysia, Australia and others. While our domestic customers are among others domiciled in Karawang, Bandung, Bogor, Tangerang, Serang, Serpong, Semarang, Solo, Surbaya, Gresik, Mojokerto, Kediri and others.

Bulk Loading
We have the latest equipment for the export delivery originating from the German technology, namely "Bulk Loading". By the bulk delivery we would be able to reduce the packaging costs; on the other hand, however, we would maximize the quantity of cargoes so that our products would be competitive in the China market.
